About pythonUploadUp

pythonUploadUp is a private tool used by authorized channel owners to create and publish video content to YouTube. This Privacy Policy explains how the service handles Google and YouTube data.

Google and YouTube data we access

Only after you sign in with Google and grant permission, pythonUploadUp requests the YouTube Data API scope youtube.upload. This permission is used to upload videos to the YouTube channel selected by you and to set the video title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status and scheduled publication time.

The service may receive an OAuth access token and refresh token from Google. It does not request your Google password. It does not read Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or unrelated YouTube account data.

How we use this data

Google and YouTube data are used solely to provide the video publishing action you request. The service does not sell, rent or use this data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or any purpose unrelated to the requested upload.

Content restrictions

pythonUploadUp does not use Google APIs to create, upload or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII). The service is not intended for sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonation, harassment, copyright infringement or any content prohibited by Google APIs Terms of Service or YouTube policies.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored on the service server only while they are needed to upload or schedule videos for the authorized channel. Uploaded source files and generated media are retained only as necessary to provide the requested workflow. You may request deletion of stored credentials and content by contacting us.

Sharing and Limited Use

pythonUploadUp does not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide the requested service, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent. Use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security and revocation

Access is limited to the permissions approved by the user. You can revoke pythonUploadUp's Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future API access; you may also contact us to request deletion of stored credentials.
